What to expect

 

  • The RISE Collective is teaming up with many more amazing guest guides to provide multiple live options everyday. This offering is the perfect way to explore many new ways to move, dance, play, and connect to your body. We hope you explore them all and find your favorite to continue into the spring!
  • Each session starts in community (live or recorded) with questions to explore or a movement idea or prompts to play with (with music!) in just 15 min.

  • Mix and match the live sessions, recordings, and play on your own to find the best time and space for YOU to get moving.
  • Use your printable Gather & RISE Challenge calendar to check off each day you get moving and exploring - on your own or with us. Completed calendars can be entered to win prizes!
  • Never miss a LIVE session with our easy one click add to calendar feature - Zoom link will be there in your calendar waiting for you everyday.
