The RISE Collective Membership

Join us for this extended journey in community, using play, dance, and guided exploration as another way to learn about your body get unstuck, rebuild deep strength, take back your power, move more, feel truly alive, or just plain put yourself first for a change.

Your RISE Collective Membership includes:

  • Daily LIVE 10-15min guided morning movement adventures with music M-F (7:30am Mountain/ 9:30am Eastern). Live sessions will be held 3 weeks of every lunar month. We start with the new moon, and will take a break for the last quarter.

  • Access to The Thriving Body On Demand, a growing library of short yet powerful movement adventures 10-30 minute Movement Snacks that include Release and Opening, Building Foundational Strength, Cardio, and next level Challenge sessions
