This workshop is based on 3 major truths about the world and our bodies.
1. It is what we do most often (not what happens at the gym or on the mat) that really shapes our bodies and decides what will be worn down, what will be weak or "offline", and what will be tense exhausted and overworked.
2. Modern living is for the human body often the equivalent of wild animals held in captivity.
3. We can use this knowledge to change the story, break free from those cages, and find freedom in movement again.
