This workshop is based on 3 major truths about the world and our bodies.

1. It is what we do most often (not what happens at the gym or on the mat) that really shapes our bodies and decides what will be worn down, what will be weak or "offline", and what will be tense exhausted and overworked.

2. Modern living is for the human body often the equivalent of wild animals held in captivity.

3. We can use this knowledge to change the story, break free from those cages, and find freedom in movement again. 

 

In this one hour LIVE workshop we'll start learning HOW to begin.

  • shine a light on the areas of your body where things have gotten stuck or "offline"
  • look at some everyday habits and "cages" that are molding and shaping your body
  • explore out-of-the-box ways to do everyday life activities to get unstuck, move more, or wake up those sleepy parts
  • start rethinking your approach to "all or nothing" exercise, and how you move through daily life
  • walk away with real tools you can start using right away "off the mat" to improve alignment, reduce wear and tear, and find more freedom in movement
  • and understand why this is often the missing link and so much more powerful than an only "on the mat" or at the gym program
