So much of the fitness world is based on the idea that you can "Do these 3 exercises and get rid of [insert any body ache or issues here]!"  

 Exercises are great! 

 Restorative Exercise is a huge part of what I teach... BUT the intention of these workshops is to share those exercises, AND to also go beyond, into a deeper understanding of your own body, and alignment, into the habits and patterns of your daily life, and into the ways your environment shapes these issues... 

The Beyond Exercise Series expands your understanding of your body beyond typical exercise “fixes” .

It’s the care and keeping of your body 101, broken down into small digestible bits.

You’ll walk away from each workshop with a deeper understanding of

  • Your own body, blind spots, and alignment

  • Your daily habits that are shaping your body and movement patterns

  • Various compensations patterns that may be showing up

  • The ways your environment maybe encouraging these patterns

  • The concrete tools you need to start making gradual and sustainable shifts

All workshops are recorded and include summary handouts to aid learning.
