In this workshop we will look at the structure and function of YOUR feet and ankles and learn simple tools for maintaining strong, awake and alive feet that are up for the task of supporting all the other structures of the body.
We will look at and address some of the most common foot and ankle issues
- frequent ankle sprains
- bunions
- plantar fasciitis
- flat feet/ "fallen" arches
But more importantly you will start to feel and understand how the health of your feet relate to just about everything else such as
- pelvic floor issues
- knee pain
- hip tightness/pain
- low back pain
- neck and shoulder tension
- digestion
- core disfunction
- your breath
