We can all agree that breathing is one of the most important functions of our bodies, but it's also one we take the most for granted. 

What if you had more room to breathe?

In this workshop we'll learn and explore common tension patterns that may be restricting your breath and what to do about it. 

When you have restrictions in your pelvis, ribs, and diaphragm you may be experiencing

  • shortness of breath
  • pelvic floor issues (leaking, pain, prolapse)
  • core dysfunction
  • anxiety and stress
  • sleep issues
  • back pain
  • fatigue

We'll cover all of this and more and we play and explore.

This is NOT a workshop to teach a particular style of breathwork. It is a new pathway of understanding your own breath habits and patterns and learning how to do YOUR breath better. It's about finding more freedom - whether for your everyday life or breathwork of your choice.
