Join us for this 40 day journey in community, using play, dance, and guided exploration as another way to learn about your body, foster a new relationship with "exercise", get unstuck, enhance creativity, gain more confidence, move more, feel truly alive, or just plain put yourself first for a change.

I used these tools to crawl back from the dead of chemotherapy week after week AND more recently used them while healing from a severely sprained ankle.

Daily live (Mon-Sat.) 10-15min Morning Movement Adventures with music to explore your own body, through play, guided movement cues (different every day so you build your capacity for various movement possibilities over time), emotions, and mini lessons along the way. (7:30am Mountain weekdays, 9:30 Eastern and Sundays 8:00am MST/ 10:00am EST via Zoom)

Daily live (M-TH) Afternoon Movement Breaks-  workout, stretch, strengthen, challenge, and create space M-TH (12pm Mountain/ 2pm Eastern via Zoom) all in a more organized exercise format. 

Access to your own personal membership page with all the recordings for 40 days. (so it's ok if you can't be live with us!)

Spotify playlist - this was a HUGE hit from the first round of Morning Movement Adventures. If you don't have Spotify, you'll still have a the list of amazing music you can gather on your own.
